In der Fotografie geht es mir heute vor allem um die Darstellung von Ansichten, Details und Phänomenen, die man normalerweise nicht beachtet oder die es nicht oft zu sehen gibt. Auch das immer noch große Interesse an allem, was am Himmel vorgeht, schlägt sich in meinen Fotografien nieder. In jüngerer Zeit sind Stilleben zu einem weiteren Schwerpunkt geworden.

Today my fotos still have a lot to do with natures creations but concentrate on things we normally do not take notice of or things that can only rarely be observed. Recently I also started with still lifes.

Das Interesse an und die Liebe zur Natur sind mir in die Wiege gelegt worden. Nach der Schule studierte ich Physik und spezialisierte mich in der Endphase des Studiums auf die Frühgeschichte unseres Sonnensystems.

Mit der Fotografie habe ich mit ungefähr 12 Jahren angefangen. Ich fotografierte, was mir in der Natur besonders gut gefiel. Die Motive sind bis heute ähnlich geblieben. Jedoch geht es mir heute vor allem um die Darstellung von Ansichten, Details und Phänomenen, die man normalerweise nicht beachtet oder die es nicht oft zu sehen gibt. Auch das immer noch große Interesse an allem, was am Himmel vorgeht, schlägt sich in meinen Fotografien nieder. Dabei spielt natürlich die Ästhetik ebenfalls eine gewichtige Rolle. In jüngerer Zeit sind Stilleben zu einem weiteren Schwerpunkt geworden.

Ich bin heute in der Software-Entwicklung tätig.



I was born into a family of nature watching and nature loving people.
Interest and love for nature is also a thread for my life. After school I studied physics with a focus on the formation of our solar system.

I started to photograph at the age of about 12 years, mainly motives that attracted my attention while walking around in our garden. Today my fotos still have a lot to do with natures creations but concentrate on things we normally do not take notice of or things that can only rarely be observed. Especially things that happen in the sky are a focus of my work. Recently I also started with still lifes.

Today I am working as a software engineer.
